Wonder what you would find if you frisked the atheist group known as Freedom from Religion Foundation?

Answer: They aren’t a fan of the new Mother Teresa postal stamp.

Haha, you have got to be kidding me! FOX News reports:

The Freedom from ReligionFoundation is urging its supporters to boycott the stamp — and also to engage in a letter-writing campaign to spread the word about what it calls the “darker side” of Mother Teresa.

The stamp — set to be released on Aug. 26, which would have been Mother Teresa’s 100th birthday — will recognize the 1979 Nobel Peace Prize winner for her humanitarian work, the Postal Service announced last month.

[...]

But Freedom from Religion Foundation spokeswoman Annie Laurie Gaylor says issuing the stamp runs against Postal Service regulations.

“There was criticism by the end of her life that she turned what was a tiny charity into an extremely wealthy charity that had the means to provide better care than it did,” Gaylor said. “…There’s this knee jerk response that everything she did was humanitarian, and I think many people would differ that what she was doing was to promote religion, and what she wanted to do was baptize people before they die, and that doesn’t have a secular purpose for a stamp.”

Talk about a political correctness battle. Here’s an idea atheists: Buy another kind of stamp!

Wonder what you would find if you frisked Senator-elect Scott Brown (R-MA) and President Obama’s family tree?

Answer: They are tenth cousins.

Haha, how crazy? The New York Daily News reports:

President Obama’s failed bid to derail the candidacy of newly elected Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown wasn’t just politics – it was a family feud.

It turns out that Obama and the rising Republican star are 10th cousins, the New England Historic Genealogical Society says.

Obama’s late mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, and Brown’s mother, Judith Ann Rugg, both descend from Richard Singletary of Haverhill, Mass., who died in 1687 at the remarkably ripe age of 102.

[...]

Two years ago, the society discovered that Obama was also distantly related to presidents George H.W. Bush, his son, George W. Bush, and Gerald Ford- all Republicans.

So what happened? Haha.

Marines Invade Haiti!!

Wonder what you would find if you frisked Hollywood’s perception of the Marines?

Answer: Steven Crowder explains.

Although this video has a little humor in it, Steven Crowder gets a little deeper than usual in this one. Hollywood tends to depict our troops in only a few ways: trigger happy and suffering post traumatic stress psychopaths. It doesn’t matter who it is, we should all respect those serving this great country. Every troop deserves our thoughts and prayers, because they are the individuals that keep this world afloat.

Props to Steven Crowder and PJ TV.

Ouch... Not good!

Wonder what you would find if you frisked President Obama’s State of the Union Address?

Answer: Disrespect aimed at the Supreme Court!

Make sure you watch this clip of President Obama’s speech, because this will be a huge negative that will take away from the overall speech.

I feel bad for Justice Alito because he defend the Constitution, but the liberal media is comparing his reaction to Rep. Joe Wilson’s “You lie!” comment. If you watch the video clip closely, you can see Justice Alito respond to President Obama by mouthing “Not true” while shaking his head when Obama decided to attack the Supreme Court for defending the First Amendment. What was the President thinking in the first place!?

Side-Note: Really media? Reading lips and then making it a major headline is simply ridiculous, because everyone – Democrats and Republicans – was doing it. Not to mention, Justice Alito was right.

*UPDATE* – January 28, 2010 – 3:20 PM

Oh look, it appears we got some more lip reading… This time from Sen. John McCain (R-AZ):

As Jim Hoft from Gateway Pundit points out:

This may go down as the worst State of the Union Address in history. The current administration tripled the national deficit, nearly doubled the unemployment from the average during the Bush years, and nearly bankrupt the country on a failed stimulus plan while focusing on nationalizing health care and energy, but blamed the previous adminstration for all of his woes. President Obama could not get himself to admit we won in Iraq and inappropriately attacked the Supreme Court all in one awful speech.

[...]

For the record the federal deficit was $459 billion in 2008 when Bush left office not $1 trillion.

Yup! I think that about sums it all up.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked President Obama’s first State of the Union Address?

Answer: Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano was getting a little sleepy.

HAHA! Busted… Redbull anyone?

Props to Michelle Malkin.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked the internet celebrity Obama-Girl?

Answer: The sparks are gone.

Poor President Obama… Even Obama-Girl is jumping off his bandwagon:

Now, the bikini-clad “Obama Girl” — who fa mously cooed about her “crush” throughout the presidential campaign on YouTube videos — admits the thrill is gone.

Amber Lee Ettinger — the buxom sensa tion who lip-synched about her love for then-candidate Barack Obama — said she wishes he spent his first year in office more fo cused on fixing the abysmal economy.

“I think he’s doing an OK job,” said Ettinger, whose original “Crush on Obama” video, first shown in 2007, has had more than 16.5 million views on YouTube.

“I know he’s getting a lot of flak for things that he’s not doing,” she told The Post. “In my opinion, I feel like he should be focusing a lot more on jobs and the economy.”

Ettinger, 28, said that even though she doesn’t have health care — “I can’t afford it” — she still thinks Obama should have waited to tackle the thorny legislation that has been blamed for the devastat ing Democratic loss of Ted Kennedy’s Senate seat.

Man President Obama… You know you have really messed up when Ms. Ettinger (Obama-Girl) is jumping ship! I guess you can’t capture everyone’s heart. Better luck next time.

Side-Note: Does this lady actually think semi-dancing and lip syncing will help make her payments, such as health-care?

Haha! Sean Hannity interviews Obama-Girl:

Awesome.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked some Chinese legal experts?

Answer: They are calling for a ban on eating Yellow Yellers and Simbas.

The Guardian reports:

Chinese legal experts are proposing a ban on eating dogs and cats in a contentious move to end a culinary tradition dating back thousands of years.

The recommendation will be submitted to higher authorities in April as part of a draft bill to tackle animal abuse.

In ancient times, dog meat was considered a medicinal tonic. Today, it is commonly available throughout the country, but particularly in the north where dog stew is popular for its supposed warming qualities.

In recent years, however, such traditions are increasingly criticised by an affluent, pet-loving, urban middle class. Online petitions against dog and cat consumption have attracted tens of thousands of signatures. Videos showing the maltreatment of farmed dogs have spurred protests at markets where the animals are bought and sold.

But the drafters of the new proposal want far more drastic measures, which would oblige law enforcement authorities to close down thousands of dog restaurants and butchers which supply the meat.

Well since I’m a pet person, I’m all for the ban. Personally, I’ll still stick to eating my traditional non-dog/cat Chinese food.

Side-Note: I just realized I’m actually making this story a legitimate post on Frisk  A Liberal… What is wrong with me? Haha.

How about another "I"?

Wonder what you would find if you frisked President Obama’s jobs speech that he made last week in Ohio?

Answer: He referred to himself a whopping 132 times in one speech.

HAHA! Wow…

Hmm? You would think that a jobs speech would be about the American people and getting the economy back on the right track. Think again folks… Apparently, it’s just another moment for the Messiah’s towering intellect and ego to shine.

Props to Americans For Prosperity for this video.

Side-Note: This video reminds me of Toby Keith’s “I Wanna Talk About Me.” I wonder why that is? Haha.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked the latest Angus Reid Public Opinion poll?

Answer: Only 30% of Americans would re-elect President Obama.

One year down and three more to go! Unfortunately for the Obama Administration, this does not look good:

As Barack Obama marks his first anniversary as president, only three-in-ten Americans are ready to grant him another term in office, a new Angus Reid Public Opinion poll has found.

In the online survey of a representative national sample of 1,003 American adults, 30 per cent of respondents think Obama deserves to be re-elected as president in 2012, while two-in-five (39%) disagree and one third (32%) are not sure.

The proportion of Democrats who think Obama deserves a new term as president stands at 57 per cent, while only 21 per cent of Independents would give Obama a new mandate at this point.

OUCH! With numbers like these, it will be very interesting to see what President Obama has to say tonight during his first State of the Union speech.

Side-Note: Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC)… Please try and remain calm tonight. Although your “You lie!” outburst during President Obama’s health-care address to Congress was kind of entertaining, let’s try to keep our outrage about his mis-truths contained tonight.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu’s (D-LA) office?

Answer: The filmmaker who brought ACORN to its knees – James O’Keefe – trying to “interfere with” her phones.

Hmm… This can’t be good:

According to the FBI affidavit, Flanagan and Basel entered the federal building at 500 Poydras Street on Monday about 11 a.m., dressed as telephone company employees, wearing jeans, fluorescent green vests, tool belts and hard hats. When they arrived at Landrieu’s 10th-floor office, O’Keefe was already in the office and had told a staffer he was waiting for someone to arrive.

When Flanagan and Basel entered the office, they told the staffer they were there to fix phone problems. At that time, the staffer, referred to only as Witness 1 in the affidavit, observed O’Keefe positioning his cell phone in his hand to videotape the operation. O’Keefe later admitted to agents that he recorded the event.

After being asked, the staffer gave Basel access to the main phone at the reception desk. The staffer told investigators that Basel manipulated the handset. He also tried to call the main office phone using his cell phone, and said the main line wasn’t working. Flanagan did the same.

They then told the staffer they needed to perform repair work on the main phone system and asked where the telephone closet was located. The staffer showed the men to the main General Services Administration office on the 10th floor, and Flanagan and Basel went in. There, a GSA employee asked for the men’s credentials. They said they left them in their vehicle.

And after that, they were basically arrested.

I don’t know what Jame O’Keefe and others were actually planning to do in the Senator’s office, but neither does anyone else – including the mainstream media. With hardly any of the facts known, will the media try to attack O’Keefe anyways? You betcha! After hearing O’Keefe was arrested, liberal media outlets have been having an absolute field day with this story to try and discredit O’Keefe and his undercover ACORN videos.

Andrew Breitbart – from Big Governmentposted this response to the situation on his website:

Wait until the facts are in.

Mainstream Media, ACORN, Media Matters (all the supposed defenders of due process and journalistic ethics) are jumping to conclusions over the arrest today of James O’Keefe, with the clear intention to smear and, if possible, convict O’Keefe and his alleged co-conspirators in the court of public opinion in order to taint the “jury of their peers.”

[...]

I’m sure they would like to believe O’Keefe is stupid enough to try to “wiretap” a sitting U.S. senator in broad daylight during office hours, while recording the entire sequence of events on his cell phone camera. And they’d like you to believe it, too.

But there is absolutely no allegation in the criminal complaint that “wiretapping” or “bugging” is any part of this case, just the charge that O’Keefe and the others entered Sen. Landrieu’s office in New Orleans “for the purpose of interfering with the office’s telephone system.”

Since the facts are not clear, I give James O’Keefe and the other three individuals the benefit of the doubt for now. None of them have a criminal record and are innocent until proven guilty. In the end, it will be interesting to see what they planned on recording inside Sen. Landrieu’s office. Until then, I guess we will have to put up with the liberal media going absolute bonkers over this story like a six year-old kid on a sugar high.

*UPDATE* – January 28, 2010 – 12:40 AM

A legitimate theory of why the guys were at Sen. Landrieu’s office:

[...] The group was trying to document (with video camera) that Landrieu’s office had either disconnected or re-routed the phones to deflect incoming calls – hence, why they couldn’t get through. There have been anecdotal reports that Landrieu’s office has received complaints that it has been inaccessible by phone, particularly around the time when she was bought off by the Democrats for the now-infamous Louisiana Purchase.

Keep blowing this story way out of proportion liberal media, because you will just look more ridiculous than you actually are afterward.

*UPDATE* – January 29, 2010 – 12:55 PM

It’s official… The mainstream media is a complete joke and James O’Keefe has released a statement about what he was doing in the Senator’s office:

The government has now confirmed what has always been clear:  No one tried to wiretap or bug Senator Landrieu’s office.  Nor did we try to cut or shut down her phone lines.  Reports to this effect over the past 48 hours are inaccurate and false.

As an investigative journalist, my goal is to expose corruption and lack of concern for citizens by government and other institutions, as I did last year when our investigations revealed the massive corruption and fraud perpetrated by ACORN.  For decades, investigative journalists have used a variety of tactics to try to dig out and reveal the truth.

I learned from a number of sources that many of Senator Landrieu’s constituents were having trouble getting through to her office to tell her that they didn’t want her taking millions of federal dollars in exchange for her vote on the healthcare bill.  When asked about this, Senator Landrieu’s explanation was that, “Our lines have been jammed for weeks.”  I decided to investigate why a representative of the people would be out of touch with her constituents for “weeks” because her phones were broken.  In investigating this matter, we decided to visit Senator Landrieu’s district office – the people’s office – to ask the staff if their phones were working.

On reflection, I could have used a different approach to this investigation, particularly given the sensitivities that people understandably have about security in a federal building.  The sole intent of our investigation was to determine whether or not Senator Landrieu was purposely trying to avoid constituents who were calling to register their views to her as their Senator.  We video taped the entire visit, the government has those tapes, and I’m eager for them to be released because they refute the false claims being repeated by much of the mainstream media.

It has been amazing to witness the journalistic malpractice committed by many of the organizations covering this story.  MSNBC falsely claimed that I violated a non-existent “gag order.”  The Associated Press incorrectly reported that I “broke in” to an office which is open to the public.  The Washington Post has now had to print corrections in two stories on me.  And these are just a few examples of inaccurate and false reporting.  The public will judge whether reporters who can’t get their facts straight have the credibility to question my integrity as a journalist.

The liberal mainstream media and ACORN’s wet-dream is officially over… Sorry folks.
