Pres. Obama putting.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked President Obama and how he has handled the oil disaster in the Gulf?

Answer: Here’s a timeline to show you!

Via The Right Scoop.

I must admit, I do love myself a nice round of golf on a gorgeous summer day. Fortunately for me, I’m not the leader of the greatest country on Earth who has told the American people repeatedly that he will not rest until the oil spill is handled. Funny… By ‘not resting’ he must have meant that golfing, fundraisers, and parties are key-steps in handling the oil disaster down in the Gulf of Mexico. Personally, I didn’t know that but he’s the president and must know something we don’t… right?

Check out more of Obama’s Gulf Coast Failures.

The incompetence of our current president is almost staggering and as you can see from the video clip above, it’s not just those on right thinking that.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked San Francisco’s “eco-conscious” Mayor Gavin Newsom and his investments?

Answer: Oops! He owned a piece of the deepwater oil rig at the bottom of the gulf.

SFGate reports:

It turns out that San Francisco’s eco-conscious Mayor Gavin Newsom and his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, own a piece of the deepwater rig at the center of the gulf oil disaster.

According to the mayor’s most recently filed economic disclosure statement, last year the couple invested between $10,000 and $100,000 in Transocean Inc. – the company whose ruptured deepwater rig, which is leased to BP, is spewing millions of gallons of oil, endangering wildlife and beaches all along the Gulf Coast.

Just last month, Newsom told the San Diego area East County Magazine that “the environmental catastrophe devastating the Gulf of Mexico is a tragic reminder of why we must take a stand against the oil companies and oppose all offshore drilling off California’s precious coast.”

The Jennifer Lynn Siebel Trust also listed a half dozen other $10,000-to-$100,000 energy-related investments, including stock held last year in three companies involved in oil and gas exploration: Dorchester Minerals, Resolute Energy and Schlumberger Ltd.

The portfolio also includes stock in Petroleo Brasileiro, Brazil’s largely state-owned oil company that has been looking to the United States to help finance exploration of a huge offshore oil discovery near Rio de Janeiro.

In all, the couple’s 2009 trust portfolio listed 43 investments that, in addition to energy, included some of the biggest players in finance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and health care. The trust produced more than $100,000 in income last year for the couple, according to the report.

Can anyone say: liberal hypocrisy? Yep… I believe it has struck again, but what else is new?

Hey Mayor Newsom, I suggest you should… (click here to find out)

Wonder what you would find if you frisked President Obama’s reaction to the Gulf Coast oil spill?

Answer: A lot of epic failures.

First off, I believe BP is most responsible for causing the actual oil leak, but the Gulf cleanup is in absolute chaos due to our gigantic and inefficient federal government. Unfortunately for the Obama Administration, each failure and misstep is another example of their extreme lack of leadership. The federal government must use every available resource to control this oil spill instead of focusing their attention on other pathetic/small issues!

Jim Hoft – from Gateway Pundit – put together a great summary of some the mishaps made by President Obama so far:

Absolutely frustrating…

And of course we have today’s latest Obama Administration/federal government screw up:

The federal government is shutting down the dredging that was being done to create protective sand berms in the Gulf of Mexico.

The berms are meant to protect the Louisiana coastline from oil. But the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Department has concerns about where the dredging is being done.

Gee-whiz… You would think that the federal government could have made these crucial decisions a little sooner rather than later. After all, they’ve had 64 days and that’s plenty of time. Perhaps this administration wants our Gulf Coast line to be destroyed? I don’t know, but one thing is certain: They sure love taking their sweet [expletive] time in making critical decisions.

Anyways… Have fun playing your next round of golf Mr. Obama. Personally, I hope you double-bogey every hole.

'What Took So Long?'

Wonder what you would find if you frisked the latest political advertisement by the Republican National Committee?

Answer: They want to know what took so long Mr. President!

FOUR!

Since I have a Conservative ideology, this advertisement connected with me, but Allahpundit – from Hot Air – points out one major flaw:

A snappy montage illustrating Obama’s “bloodless quality” and “emotional detachment” from the spill, as rabidly right-wing NYT columnist Maureen Dowd put it this morning. Sad to say, I don’t think this meme’s going to gain traction, not because The One’s not guilty of callousness but because media-fueled public perceptions about how much Democrats care will immunize him somewhat. Bush’s golfing was Big News because it fit the “out of touch” icy-hearted Republican stereotype; Obama, by contrast, gets to sway along to the end of “Hey Jude” with nary a peep uttered in the press because they know that, between those “na na na nas,” he’s aching for the gulf’s shrimping industry. Ah well.

Either way, the advertisement does a good job illustrating the utter disconnect President Obama has with the disaster occurring down in the Gulf of Mexico. In the end, this oil spill will eventually damage the President Obama’s reputation – if it hasn’t already – and Allahpundit points that out:

The less Change-y he seems, the more trouble he’s in, and needless to say, slow federal responses to catastrophes off the coast of New Orleans are pretty much the antithesis of Change.

How many days until the 2012 election?
