Wonder what you would find if you frisked the liberal New York Times?
Answer: They are fleeing to Florida to avoid paying for New York taxes.
Typical liberal company: First, they promote and vote liberal politicians into office. Then those politicians race to increase taxes and regulate as much as possible. Then, as Glenn Beck’s newsletter puts it, everyone (including the liberals who voted for the liberals) gets annoyed at all the taxes and leaves for somewhere with less tax and less control.
It just so happens the New York Times is one of those companies:
The New York Times is relocating some wire service positions to Gainesville, creating about 25 jobs that will be housed in The Gainesville Sun building starting in February.
The New York Times reported Friday that 25 of 30 news service jobs in New York were being eliminated, with five employees retaining their positions.
But don’t worry:
The layoffs do not count toward the planned elimination of 100 jobs in The New York Times newsroom. That 8 percent reduction is to take effect by the end of the year.
Side-Note: I love it when liberals, especially the New York Times, prove their hypocrisy. It’s absolutely priceless!
