Wonder what you would find if you frisked Martha Coakley’s attack advertisement that she released last night after her debate with Scott Brown (R) for Massachusetts’s special Senate election?
Answer: No spell check.
Props to Gateway Pundit for catching this little mishap.
DUN! DUN! DUN! Haha… Just as I was typing up this blog post, Martha Coakley’s campaign took the advertisement off her YouTube channel. Darn! They must of caught up pretty quickly.
Anyway… For those of you that don’t know how to spell Massachusetts, you will notice that there is only one ‘e’ in the name. Now if you took a glance at Coakley’s most recent attack ad, you would have noticed that she – or her campaign – doesn’t know how to spell their own State which their running for. Tip for the future Martha: Massachusettes is NOT the correct spelling. Ouch…

Side-Note: I realize this argument is somewhat petty, but misspelling your own State that your running for… Come on! It’s priceless and quite embarrassing.

Check out Scott Brown’s response advertisement to Coakley’s attack:
Great work Scott! You kept it classy and to the point. Plus, it’s a good tactic to frame the debate between independents verus the political “machine,” because most of America knows that’s not working properly or efficiently. Props!
