Wonder what you would find if you frisked then-Senator Obama’s appearance on Ellen DeGeneres’ daytime talk show in February 2008?

Answer: He used the exact same argument that Judge Robert Vinson used to overturn Obama’s health care overhaul legislation.

Clearly President Obama doesn’t believe his signature health care legislation is constitutional:

She’s have the government force every individual to buy insurance, and I don’t have such a mandate because I don’t think the problem is that people don’t want health insurance.  It’s that they can’t afford it …

Well, if things were that easy, I could mandate everybody buy a house, and that, you know, and that would solve, you know, the problem of homelessness.  It doesn’t.

Also, then-Senator Obama made the same argument on CNN:

OBAMA: Let’s break down what she really means by a mandate. What’s meant by a mandate is that the government is forcing people to buy health insurance and so she’s suggesting a parent is not going to buy health insurance for themselves if they can afford it. Now, my belief is that most parents will choose to get health care for themselves and we make it affordable.

Here’s the concern. If you haven’t made it affordable, how are you going to enforce a mandate. I mean, if a mandate was the solution, we can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house. The reason they don’t buy a house is they don’t have the money. And so, our focus has been on reducing costs, making it available. I am confident if people have a chance to buy high-quality health care that is affordable, they will do so. That’s what our plan does and nobody disputes that.

Here is Judge Robert Vinson’s reference to Obama’s argument in his opinion overturning Obamacare:

The problem with this legal rationale, however, is it would essentially have unlimited application. There is quite literally no decision that, in the natural course of events, does not have an economic impact of some sort. The decisions of whether and when (or not) to buy a house, a car, a television, a dinner, or even a morning cup of coffee also have a financial impact that — when aggregated with similar economic decisions — affect the price of that particular product or service and have a substantial effect on interstate commerce. To be sure, it is not difficult to identify an economic decision that has a cumulatively substantial effect on interstate commerce; rather, the difficult task is to find a decision that does not.

It is clear this president only cares about his own far-left agenda and does not care about our US Constitution. Some Constitutional scholar he is… Pff.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) and how he’s spending your tax dollars?

Answer: He’s spending them on his “greatest hits” DVD!

No, he’s not a musician. Unfortunately, it’s a DVD filled with video highlights from his first term in office. Lame, pointless, and pathetic? Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. The Orlando Sentinel reports:

If U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson were a rock star, his latest PR blitz — a DVD sent to tens of thousands of Central Florida residents — would be called Grayson’s Greatest Hits.

The 90-minute disc features video highlights from his first term in office, including one of him grilling Fed Chairman Ben Bernankeand another in which the Orlando Democrat preaches on the need to teach schoolchildren about the U.S. Constitution.

The DVD comes wrapped inside a mailer covered with promotional slogans: “Congressman Alan Grayson, Hard at Work for You,” “He works hard. He pays attention. He gets things done,” and “Video DVD Inside: Watch Congressman Grayson in Action!”

In many ways, it’s the perfect campaign video — with one key difference.

Thanks to perks given to all members of Congress, it’s not Grayson’s campaign but taxpayers who footed the nearly $73,000 bill to produce and mail the DVD to 100,000 homes in Grayson’s district of Lake, Marion, Orange and Osceola counties.

It’s a stunt that drew howls from Republicans, who complained that Grayson was abusing the congressional privilege of franking that allows lawmakers to send taxpayer-paid newsletters and other mail to residents.

“This is an outrageous abuse of taxpayer dollars, and it goes to show that Alan Grayson is completely out of touch with Central Florida,” said state Rep. Kurt Kelly of Ocala, one of seven Republicans looking to unseat Grayson this fall.

“This is just ridiculous behavior. What congressman would do this in the face of a huge budget deficit?” he asked.

To answer the columnist’s last question, Rep. Alan Grayson… That’s who.

If central Floridians elect this man again, I think we will have to issue straight-jackets for those in his congressional district. The man is a joke and an absolute clown.

Here’s what his “greatest hits” DVD should have included:

Rep. Grayson is a disgrace!

Marco Rubio (R).

Wonder what you would find if you frisked CPAC today?

Answer: A great speech by Republican U.S. Senate candidate Marco Rubio.

Marco Rubio opened the 2010 CPAC Conference today in Washington DC. Rubio is a great conservative that is running against RINO Governor Charlie Crist in the Florida U.S. Senate Republican primary. So far, Marco Rubio is one of the few political candidates Frisk A Liberal endorses for the upcoming 2010 elections.

Memorable quotes I chose from today’s CPAC speech:

America wants leaders that will come to Washington DC and work together to get things done, but that comes with a very important caveat: It depends what they’re trying to do. If they are working to lower tax rates; simplify tax codes. They want us to work together. If they are working to take control of a runaway federal debt and annual deficits. They want us to work together. If they are working to defeat radical Islam and the threat it poses through terrorism. They want us to work together! However, if the goal is to abandon America’s free enterprise economy, convert America into a submissive member of the international community, and if the goal is not to fix America but to change America… Then they want leaders that are going to come up here and fight it every single step of the way!

Americans chose individual liberty instead of the false security of government. Americans chose a limited government that exists to protect our rights, not to grant them. Americans chose a free enterprise system designed to provide a quality of opportunity, not compel a quality of results. That is why this is the only place in the world where you can open up a business in the spare bedroom of your home. That is why this is the only place in the world where a company that started as an idea drawn out on a cocktail napkin can one day be publicly traded on Wall Street. That is why this is the only country in the world where today’s employee is tomorrow’s employer. And yet, there are still people in American politics who – for some reason – cling to this belief that America is better off adopting the very economic policies of nations whose people immigrate here from there.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked Marco Rubio’s campaign today?

Answer: A stimulus bomb.

Hot Air reports:

It was just a year ago today that Florida Governor Charlie Crist appeared on stage with Barack Obama to push for the Porkulus package, angering conservatives who wisely predicted that the $787 billion spending spree would not right the economy, but instead burden us with even more debt. Porkulus turned out to be a dud, but Marco Rubio launches his Stimulus Bomb campaign today to commemorate this moment in Florida GOP, er, flexibility with a fundraiser to help keep Crist out of the US Senate.  Rubio’s site offers options for donations at $7.87, $78.70, $787, and $2400 (primary maximum individual donation limit).  Even before today, Rubio had raised over half of his target of $787,000 — one-millionth of the Porkulus bill’s initial cost estimate.

Marco Rubio is a great conservative and is running against RINO Gov. Charlie Crist for the U.S. Senate Republican primary in the state of Florida. So far, Marco Rubio is one of the few political candidates Frisk A Liberal supports for the upcoming 2010 elections. I donated to Rubio’s “Stimulus Bomb” and I recommend you do the same:

Wonder what you would find if you frisked President Obama’s trip to Tampa, FL?

Answer: A bow to Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio.

Just great… You would think that this guy would learn from his previous mistakes. Unfortunately for President Obama, this mishap is worse than his previous ones, because Mayor Iorio is not a foreign leader.

❓ I wonder what was on the ground this time, haha.

Props to Weasel Zippers for this one.

Marco Rubio for FL Senate.

Wonder what you would find if you frisked MSNBC’s Morning Joe?

Answer: A great interview with a good conservative.

Lookout Florida Governor Charlie Crist! Macro Rubio is seeking that open Senate seat in the 2010 Republican primary! To learn a little more about Mr. Rubio or donate to his campaign, click here.

My political feelings toward Marco Rubio can be summed up here:

[…] Rubio is exactly the kind of candidate that Tea Party activists want from the GOP, and his growing popularity shows that he has captured the energy of the grassroots activists.

The 2010 elections will hinge on government interventions in the economy. If the GOP wants to win, they need to find candidates like Rubio, Pat Toomey, Douglas Hoffman, Rob Portman, and others who put the principles of fiscal conservatism and limited government ahead of all other considerations. A nation aghast at the Obama overreach in 2009 needs clear choices, not various shades of Democrat Lite. Rubio has this exactly correct.

Get out of here Governor Charlie Crist! Your a little too liberal for me!

Side-Note: How good was that interview!? Is it just me, or did the liberal MSNBC gang actually enjoy him being on the show?? This guy has a bright future in politics ahead of him.

…And Mr. Rubio, don’t you dare think about pulling a Mark Sanford on us! haha.

Rep. Alan Grayson

Rep. Alan Grayson

Wonder what you would find if you frisked U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson during an interview on MSNBC?

Answer: More proof that Rep. Grayson might be the dumbest individual in Congress.

Honestly, I feel terrible for this guy’s staff because they have to listen to him each day. It seems like he says the most dumbest things on Earth. To be honest… I think I might of saw him on one of Jay Leno’s ‘Jaywalking’ segments, haha.

Wonder what Ed Schultz and this idiot talked about before this little clip? Here it is:

I actually went over to MSNBC and watched the full exchange with Grayson to make sure that Ed Schultz didn’t challenge him on this, and sure enough, nope, he didn’t. You might want to check out the beginning of that clip, incidentally, as it features Grayson musing that 99 percent of Americans have the good sense not to watch Fox News. Um, buddy, do you realize which network you’re on here?

I’m speechless… All you can do is ask yourself: Is he actually serious?

Side-Note: Remember, this is the same representative that said this:

Point proved. Enough said!
